Art Therapy helps our clients find peace within themselves through the explorations of feelings through the use of drawing, watercolors and other artistic mediums. Getting one’s thoughts, feelings and emotions, both good and bad, onto paper through art is a very powerful and healing activity. After our clients are finished reflecting on their artwork, our clients take turns
​sharing what they are trying to represent through their artwork. Through this process, our clients are able to inspire ​and ​offer hope​ to one another
