Sandy’s Place is a Southern California rehabilitation center for women that specializes in chemical dependency treatment. We provide a luxurious, comfortable, and healthy environment built for healing and recovery that is specifically focused towards women in all walks of life who need professional treatment. Our gender-specific focus at Sandy’s Place is pivotal throughout each resident’s journey.
At Sandy’s Place, our women’s-only approach is purposeful and aims to hone in on our clients’ drug or alcohol dependency as it pertains to their specific experiences. Biological responses and co-occurring disorders can underline and magnify chemical dependency. Our program makes it a point to expertly identify and treat women effectively by partnering with a number of experienced and highly respected treatment professionals in the region. Collectively, our goal is to address the individual therapeutic needs for each of our clients while exposing them to the most impactful clinical processes available to them. Based on the client’s initial evaluation, a treatment plan will be determined to ensure the best possible journey to success is achieved.
To provide our clients with the best possible treatment we offer the following services:
Our programs are designed to address your client’s needs. We offer programs for inpatient detox and Newport Beach area residents can elect for our outpatient detox services that provide extra privacy and the comfort of their own home. During their stay, your client may find solace in any of our therapy programs including hypnotherapy, group therapy, psychoeducation, equine therapy, or Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). After their stay, our continuing care offers various therapies including relapse prevention, monitoring, sober companions, and alumni support.
Primary Therapist Collaboration
By working collectively with primary therapists, we are able to provide clients with comprehensive care. Your preexisting knowledge of your client will prove to be a valuable asset during the treatment process here at Sandy’s Place.
We encourage primary therapists to be involved in the treatment process. You can assist with treatment planning, participate alongside our treatment team, and even attend the facility in Newport, California for weekly clinical supervision. We want to provide you and your client with the tools and treatment needed to continue care seamlessly after your client’s stay.
Should you have any questions during your client’s treatment, our staff is available to address your concerns. Therapists can be updated regarding their client’s recovery as needed throughout their treatment. It is our goal to provide clear communication with primary therapists.
