Beginning The Journey
Taking the right steps towards improving your life can be a difficult. Realigning your life with more positive surrounding will take work, but the helping hands at Sandy’s Place are available whenever you’re ready. Day or night, our Admissions Coordinator is available at (800) 762-6717 to take your call 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
We are happy to provide you with information about our program, facilities, qualifications, and features. If you have any questions we will gladly clarify. We’ll ask questions of our own too – to allow us to understand how we are best able to help you. We’ll conduct a short survey over the phone to assess your individual needs and ensure you get the help that you need. If we are a good match for your needs or those of a loved one, we can take the next steps towards your recovery.
Making The Arrangements
We want to make sure Sandy’s Place is a good fit for your recovery needs. Once we determine that we are a good fit and that Sandy’s Place can be your answer to impactful change, it’s time to make the necessary arrangements to get you started on your journey to recovery.
At this point we’ll want to establish your financial compatibility with our program. Sandy’s Place accepts most PPO insurance plans and we strive to work with anyone who is committed to their treatment. To make the process simple, we have created an insurance verification form that will allow you to take the first steps towards your treatment with us here at Sandy’s Place. If you prefer, our Admissions Coordinator can obtain any pertinent information over the phone and can contact your insurance company for you.
Our treatment rates are all-inclusive so there are no unexpected expenses. We do offer ancillary amenities to all of our clients which would be considered as an addition. Certain treatment options may be recommended for your healing process, but all features that require additional payment will be discussed up front and can be declined at your request.
Because our treatment plans are created to meet your individual needs, prices will vary. Your treatment plan will reflect your program needs, your diagnosis at the time of your admission, withdrawal symptoms, the level of care, and your accommodations.
When You Arrive
Once financial accommodations are made, your next step is getting to our door. Our friendly staff at Sandy’s Place is available to assist with any travel or lodging arrangements for you and your loved ones should you require it. We have been fortunate to help clients from all over the world for their stay at our Newport Beach treatment center. Our coastal location is conveniently situated near Los Angeles International Airport, which is ideal for our international clients. However, you can fly in much close to our location by travelling to John Wayne Airport.
We are often asked of what is best to bring with you when entering the program and the truth is, you don’t need to bring much with you. Our sunny Southern California weather means you can pack light, but you will likely want to bring sunscreen, a swimsuit, and sandals with you so you can enjoy the climate while you are at our facility. You can view our FAQ page for a list of other items you should bring with you.
One of the most valuable attributes of our location is that we offer a calming environment so you can feel comfortable in your recovery. Please let us know if there are any special arrangements we can make, such as arranging for special gift deliveries on holidays or arranging chatting time with your children at home.
If you are in need of medical detox, a doctor will evaluate you upon admission and complete a physical to determine the necessary detox protocol. From the very first moment you arrive, our staff is here for you. Day or night, we want to provide you with the support and care you need.
We invite women’s current primary therapist to participate with our treatment team, assist with treatment planning, and attend weekly clinical supervision.
We accept most insurances. Fill out our insurance verification form here.
